By purchasing any Steam Key on Aztro Keys, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms on this page. We recommend reading everything carefully before completing a purchase.
Purchases are made directly on the website. After payment is confirmed, redemption instructions are sent to the customer with an activation tutorial.
To prevent fraud, it may be mandatory to record a video or send screenshots of the key redemption process right after delivery, if requested by support.
We offer refunds or replacements if there is a proven issue with the key. Contact window: up to 7 days after purchase.
Keys are not compatible with Windows 7, Linux, Mac, or mobile devices. Check system requirements before buying.
Some key categories use PowerShell scripts to automate approval on customer accounts.
You agree to follow all rules. Fraud attempts or system abuse will result in immediate access suspension.
Most keys are delivered within 10–30 minutes after payment. In unexpected cases, delivery may take 1–2 days.
Questions or activation issues should be handled by the Aztro Keys support team via Discord.
We are not responsible for third-party sales. If issues occur with keys purchased outside Aztro Keys, we do not provide replacements or refunds.
